Pages

Three young delinquents run for their lives to a derelict garage; a group of women come together in a final attempt to give up that which is most dear to them; a middle aged woman brings her latest young score back to a nail salon to seal the deal; a dangerous stranger rocks two men's ambiguous relationship with a potentially fatal outcome…..Just another night in the suburbs.

Pages is an intriguing mix of some of the most exciting new writing talent discovered by The New Writing Collective. Showcasing the writing of four emerging writers and three theatrical composers, the evening combines drama, comedy and musical theatre in one eclectic show. Produced by GRIT, in association with Mokita Productions, the event launches The New Writing Collective, which aims to develop new work of all genres in a collaborative and co-operative process.

Directed by five up-and-coming directors, with an outstanding set of multi-talented performers, the evening promises to be a unique and inspiring experience.

Tickets are limited and it is strongly advised to book in advance as soon as possible. There will also be the opportunity to attend a Q&A with the writers, directors, performers and producers following each performance.

Pages is being performed in rep with Mokita's production of the new play Involution, another NWC associate event and combo ticket deals are now available to book.
